Potential Solution to Employee Training Gaps

Employee development training has become an indispensable component of today’s professional environment. It is a key consideration for the new generation, when choosing their employer. In Mongolia from the total of 101,582 registered legal entities 97% or 98,659 entities employ fewer than 50 people.
